Beverage Server Reports

Utah law requires that an individual who desires to be employed by an establishment to serve alcohol must be certified to do so. The Utah State Division of Substance Abuse, in conjunction with the Utah State Department of Alcohol Beverage Control, has developed an online registry of individuals who are certified to serve alcohol. The registry is a public service. Therefore, the public is welcome to utilize any of the reports listed below in order to determine the status of an Alcohol Server's certification.

These reports are produced in Acrobat PDF format, if you need, Acrobat Reader can be downloaded here.
